this is a new comic I'm adding to, and I'll probably make it into a small zine for the summer (once this goddamned thesis is out of the way, which is actually coming along now finally). I have a bunch of stories i want to do about these people who live on an island called Magic Johnson, and one of these peole is Billy Bill, the star of this comic.
the finished comic will have about 5 more pages of stupidity and feature a tiny Bob Barker.
also - i'm learning how to oil paint. Friendship portrait series! |

| Jan Society "Dawn of Japanese Animation" Series |

Japan Society is having a film series starting next week of silent prewar Japanese animation. It looks like it's going to be awesome, with live Benshi Narration, and it's like 5 bucks for students! I really want to go either wednesday or thursday.
wednesday is Adventure and Action shorts
and thursday is Horror and Comedy
is anyone interested? I have a feeling it's going to be really inspiring. |
